Sleep, recovery and body-composition changes can have many causes. These are reasons to ask about evaluation, not promises that sermorelin will improve a particular symptom. A physician decides whether it is appropriate.
The monthly price includes physician review, your prescription, the compounded medication, injection supplies and shipping.
First month: $149 for NAD+ or sermorelin, $249 for both. Then $249 · $299 · $349 a month.

A physician sits in the middle of the process and can stop it.
Two quick questions, your state, then the medical questions, one screen at a time. About 5 minutes.
If an answer rules treatment out the preliminary safety screen tells you right away. The evaluation is not completed, so it does not go to a physician; your answers are kept on file, and no card is collected.
A U.S. licensed physician reviews your evaluation and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Not everyone is approved, and you will hear back either way.
If you want to talk first You can ask the physician to speak with you before anything is approved or charged. Approval waits until that conversation has happened.
Nothing is due when you submit. Your card is saved and charged only if the physician approves. If you are not approved, you are not charged.
A secure link to upload a photo ID; a person checks it before anything ships. Your prescription then goes to the licensed pharmacy, which compounds it for you.
Medication ships cold-chain from the licensed pharmacy. Refrigerate it as soon as it arrives. About 30 days in, you receive a text with a short check-in questionnaire. About every 90 days, the physician re-evaluates you with a more detailed one before treatment continues.

“The whole process was much easier than I expected. Everything was explained clearly, I knew what the next step was, and I liked being able to handle everything from home.”

Sermorelin is a growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogue that acts on the pituitary. Rather than replacing growth hormone, it prompts your body to release more of its own, which is why it is dosed conservatively and taken before bed, when your own release is naturally highest.
It is a compounded medication with a long-established prescribing basis. A licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy prepares it for you when a physician prescribes it; compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Labs are optional. If you add the $129 Longevity Lab Panel, it is charged with your first month only if a physician approves. The Quest Diagnostics draw is included.
How it is taken: A small subcutaneous injection before bed. Your prescription carries the physician’s dose and instructions; you follow them at home.
The $129 Longevity Lab Panel (CBC, CMP, HbA1c, IGF-1, TSH with reflex) can be added at the plan step, where labs are available in your state. It is never required.
Your prescription, in your name: compounded for you and shipped cold-chain. Kesbury prescriptions are currently prepared and fulfilled by Olympia Pharmaceuticals, a licensed compounding pharmacy in Orlando, Florida.

This is general information, not a complete list of risks. The physician reviews the side effects and contraindications specific to you. Kesbury Health is not an emergency service. If you think you are having an emergency, call 911. Individual results vary; no outcome is promised.
A peptide that prompts your pituitary gland to release growth hormone. It is prescribed by a physician as a compounded medication when clinically appropriate.
No. The Longevity Lab Panel is optional and never a condition of approval; what it measures and costs is in the labs section above and on the labs page.
Your body releases the most growth hormone during deep sleep, so a pre-bed injection lines up with that rhythm. Your prescription and the injection guide cover the timing.
The sermorelin we prescribe is compounded by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy and prescribed by a physician. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Adults in a state where the physician is licensed whom the physician approves after reading the evaluation. Some histories rule it out; the evaluation tells you right away if one of yours does.
No. Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No proration. There are no cancellation fees.
HGH clinics typically supply growth hormone from outside the body. Sermorelin prompts your own pituitary, is dosed conservatively, and is prescribed by a physician who re-evaluates you. They are different categories with different risk profiles.
Not yet. Our lab partner does not register patients in New Jersey. Sermorelin itself does not require labs, so the treatment is still available there; the optional panel is not.
| Sermorelin | Synthetic HGH | |
|---|---|---|
| How it works | A GHRH analogue that prompts your own pituitary to release growth hormone | Delivers growth hormone from outside the body, bypassing the pituitary |
| Your own feedback loop | Works within your body’s own signalling | Can suppress your body’s own production over time |
| Who decides the dose | A physician, written on your prescription | Varies by seller |
| Regulatory framing | A compounded medication (not FDA-approved) with a long-established prescribing basis | A different regulatory category with its own restrictions |
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. This is general education; the physician decides what is appropriate for you.
