From evaluation to your door, with a physician in the middle.
Eight steps. Two of them can end with a no, and both of those cost you nothing. Here is exactly what happens, in order.
Physician-owned · LegitScript Certified · Prescriptions compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy · Care across 10 states, with more on the way
-
01
Start the online evaluation
Two quick questions about what you want to feel better about, then your match and price. Next, your state: if we cannot treat you where you live, we say so before anything else is asked. Then one question about sex at birth, your name, email and mobile, and the medical questions one screen at a time.
If an answer rules treatment out the preliminary safety screen tells you right away. The evaluation is not completed, so it does not go to a physician; your answers are kept on file, and no card is collected.
-
02
Review and agree
You confirm your answers are accurate, agree to the terms and telehealth consent, and can ask the physician to speak with you before anything is approved.
If you ask for a call You can ask the physician to speak with you before anything is approved or charged. Approval waits until that conversation has happened.
-
03
Your plan, with nothing due
You see the price before any card step: the first month, then the monthly price, and the optional Longevity Lab Panel, which you can add on any plan; it is charged with your first month only if a physician approves. Nothing is due when you submit. Your card is saved and charged only if the physician approves.
-
04
Physician review
A U.S. licensed physician reviews your evaluation and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Not everyone is approved, and you will hear back either way. Most reviews are completed within one business day.
If not approved If you are not approved, you are not charged. You are told the reason category, not a diagnosis.
-
05
Approval and charge
If approved, your saved card is charged for the first month. The introductory price is applied automatically; there is no code.
-
06
Photo ID, then the pharmacy
We send a secure link to upload a photo ID and a person checks it. Nothing ships until it is checked. Your prescription then goes to the licensed compounding pharmacy that fills Kesbury prescriptions, named below.
-
07
Delivered, with your instructions
Medication ships cold-chain from the licensed pharmacy. Refrigerate it as soon as it arrives. Your prescription carries the physician’s dose and titration instructions. You follow them at home. If anything arrives warm or damaged, do not use it. Email [email protected] the same business day.
-
08
Check-in, re-evaluation, renewal
About 30 days in, you receive a text with a short check-in questionnaire. About every 90 days, the physician re-evaluates you with a more detailed one before treatment continues. Your subscription renews monthly and each renewal is filled on the physician’s standing approval until that re-evaluation. Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No proration.
Who reviews your case
A physician reads every completed evaluation and can decline it. A preliminary safety screen can stop an evaluation before it is completed. The practice is owned by physicians, not by a software company: no questionnaire-to-checkout pipeline, and no software making the decision.

Common questions
Do I ever have to visit a clinic?
No. The evaluation, the physician’s decision, the prescription and delivery happen without a clinic visit. The optional lab panel is drawn at a Quest Diagnostics center, with the draw included.
How long does physician review take?

What if I want to talk to the physician first?
You can ask the physician to speak with you before anything is approved or charged. Approval waits until that conversation has happened.

What if I am not approved?
If you are not approved, you are not charged. The physician’s decision is final for that evaluation.
