States We Serve

Kesbury Health is a telehealth practice, and a physician on the Kesbury Health Clinical Team can care for residents only in the states where they are licensed. Today that is 10 states. Below is where we currently serve, how telehealth licensure works, and how we expand over time.

Where we currently serve

We currently provide care to residents physically located in the following 10 jurisdictions:

  • Alabama (AL) — telehealth care for residents.
  • District of Columbia (DC) — telehealth care for residents.
  • Delaware (DE) — telehealth care for residents.
  • Florida (FL) — our home state, and where the practice is organized; telehealth care for Florida residents statewide.
  • Maryland (MD) — telehealth care for residents.
  • Michigan (MI) — telehealth care for residents.
  • New Jersey (NJ) — telehealth care for residents.
  • Ohio (OH) — telehealth care for residents.
  • Pennsylvania (PA) — telehealth care for residents.
  • Texas (TX) — telehealth care for residents.

One limitation worth knowing before you start: our lab partner does not register patients for lab draws in New Jersey. Protocols that require a baseline lab panel, including sermorelin, cannot be completed there through our usual lab path today. Being licensed in a state and being able to draw labs in it are two different things, and we would rather you hear that here than after an intake. If you are in New Jersey and want to discuss options, email [email protected].

City guides in Florida

These local guides explain how physician-directed telehealth care works in specific Florida metro areas. They are the only city-level guides we publish today; being licensed in a state does not mean we have a location in it, and we have none anywhere.

How telehealth licensure works

In the United States, physicians are licensed at the state level, and they may generally provide care only to patients who are physically located in a state where the physician holds an active license at the time of the visit. Because Kesbury Health is delivered entirely through telehealth, the state you are physically in when you receive care — not where you travel or where our company is organized — determines whether we can treat you.

Your physician on the Kesbury Health Clinical Team is board-certified and U.S.-licensed in your state of care.

Treatment is limited to residents of the states listed above

We can evaluate and treat you only if you are a resident of, and physically located in, one of the states listed above at the time of service. If you are outside those states, including if you relocate or travel, we may be unable to begin or continue your care until you are again located in a state we serve. If you start care and then move, please tell us so we can advise you.

Some medications carry an additional restriction beyond state licensure. Controlled substances require a separate federal registration held state by state, so a therapy that is available in one of our states may not be available in another. Where that applies, the quiz and your physician will tell you before anything is prescribed.

We add new states over time

We expand the states we serve as the physicians on our clinical team obtain additional licenses. This list reflects the states we serve as of the date shown above and may change. If your state is not listed, you can leave your email at the start of the eligibility quiz and we will tell you if that changes, or contact us at [email protected].

Note: Kesbury Health is a telehealth practice. We do not operate physical clinic locations, and being listed here reflects licensure to provide remote care to residents, not a physical presence in your state.
