About 30 days in, you receive a text with a short check-in questionnaire. About every 90 days, the physician re-evaluates you with a more detailed one before treatment continues.

Gladys Ocana, RN, is a registered nurse on the Clinical Team supporting the patient experience. Kristina R. (Practice Operations) and Nicholas R. (Patient Experience) run the non-clinical side of the practice. Prescribing decisions at Kesbury Health are made by the reviewing physician.

Calls may initially be answered by Ashley, Kesbury’s AI-assisted receptionist. She can help with scheduling and routine questions or connect your message with the appropriate team member. If you’d prefer a person, just ask. Clinical questions are handled by the Kesbury care team.

A coenzyme your cells use in energy metabolism, and the amount your cells carry declines with age. We prescribe it as a compounded subcutaneous injection, taken three times a week at home.

A growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogue that acts on the pituitary, prompting your own growth-hormone release. We prescribe it as a compounded subcutaneous injection, taken nightly before bed.

No. They are compounded medications: a licensed pharmacy prepares each one for you, from your prescription, under state pharmacy law and federal compounding rules. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, which is why a physician decides whether one is appropriate for you and why Olympia Pharmaceuticals fills it under your name.

Kesbury prescriptions are currently prepared and fulfilled by Olympia Pharmaceuticals, a licensed compounding pharmacy in Orlando, Florida. Your medication is compounded for you, in your name, and shipped cold-chain to your door.

Your compounded medication, dispensed under your prescription in your name, syringes and alcohol swabs, and the prescription with the physician’s dose and instructions. Medication ships cold-chain from the licensed pharmacy. Refrigerate it as soon as it arrives.

Your prescription carries the physician’s dose and titration instructions. You follow them at home.

No. Sermorelin is a synthetic form of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It signals your pituitary to release its own growth hormone; it is not growth hormone (HGH) itself. It is prescription only, and a physician decides whether it is appropriate for you.

No. NAD+ is a coenzyme your cells use in energy metabolism, and sermorelin is a GHRH analogue. Neither is testosterone, an anabolic steroid or HGH. NAD+ and sermorelin are the treatments Kesbury Health prescribes today.

A product labelled “research use only” is not sold for use in people: there is no prescription in your name, no physician who has read your history, and no licensed pharmacy dispensing it to you. The physician, and the systems that hold your medical record. Your evaluation answers are protected health information, handled on HIPAA-compliant systems and workflows. They are never sold or shared with advertisers, and the evaluation pages run no advertising pixels.

No. Kesbury Health runs no advertising pixels on any page of this site, and nothing about your evaluation answers or your health is ever shared with an advertising platform. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is measured and the narrow, disclosed exceptions. The site uses Google Analytics for aggregate page statistics only; the Privacy Policy explains what it collects and how to opt out.

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No proration. Cancel from the billing portal link in your emails or by emailing [email protected].

No. Compounded medication is made for you and cannot be returned or restocked once the pharmacy has filled it. The Refund and Cancellation Policy has the details.

If you are not approved, you are not charged. There is nothing to refund.
