Questions, answered plainly.
Everything patients ask before and after starting, on one page. If yours is not here, email [email protected] and we reply within one business day.
Kesbury Health is physician-owned. A U.S.-licensed physician reads every evaluation and can decline it. Prescriptions are compounded by a licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy. We are licensed in 10 states and list every one of them. Your health information is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Getting started
What happens when I start the evaluation?
The first question is your state. Then you choose NAD+, sermorelin or both, leave your name, email and phone, and answer the medical questions one screen at a time. If an answer rules treatment out you are told right away, and nothing is submitted for review.
How long does it take?
About ten minutes. Your progress is saved in this browser tab, so you can finish later on the same device.
Which states do you serve?
10 states: Alabama, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas. If you live elsewhere, the evaluation stops at the first question and you can leave an email to hear when that changes.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Nothing is due when you submit. Your card is saved and charged only if the physician approves and you have chosen to start.
Do I need labs?
No. Labs are optional. If you add the $129 Sermorelin Baseline Panel, it is charged with your first month only if a physician approves. The Quest Diagnostics draw is included; an at-home draw by Getlabs is $95 more and is refunded if Getlabs cannot serve your address.
The physician
Who reviews my evaluation?
A U.S.-licensed physician who owns the practice and holds licenses in the 10 states we serve. The physician is identified by role today; the name and credentials will be published once the practice’s clearance is complete.
Is it a real decision?
A U.S.-licensed physician reads your evaluation and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Not everyone is approved, and you will hear back either way.
Can I speak with the physician before I am approved?
You can ask the physician to speak with you before anything is approved or charged. Approval waits until that conversation has happened.
Can I message the physician afterwards?
You can message through the secure patient portal. Kesbury Health is not an emergency service. If you think you are having an emergency, call 911.
How often does the physician look at my case again?
About 30 days in, you receive a text with a short check-in questionnaire. About every 90 days, the physician re-evaluates you with a more detailed one before treatment continues.
Prices and billing
What does each plan cost?
NAD+ is $149 for the first month, then $299 a month. Sermorelin is $149, then $279. The Longevity Stack, both together, is $249, then $379, which is $199 less than the two separately.
What is included?
The monthly price includes physician review, your prescription, the compounded medication, injection supplies and shipping.
When am I charged?
Nothing is due when you submit. Your card is saved and charged only if the physician approves and you have chosen to start. If you are not approved, you are not charged.
What does my statement say?
Your card statement reads KESBURY HEALTH.
Do you take insurance, HSA or FSA?
No insurance. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds; confirm with your plan administrator, and we provide itemised receipts on request.
THE PATIENT AND ANY OTHER PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT HAS A RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PAY, CANCEL PAYMENT, OR BE REIMBURSED FOR PAYMENT FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT THAT IS PERFORMED AS A RESULT OF AND WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RESPONDING TO THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE FREE, DISCOUNTED FEE, OR REDUCED FEE SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT.
Treatment and what arrives
What is NAD+?
A coenzyme your cells use in energy metabolism, and the amount your cells carry declines with age. We prescribe it as a compounded subcutaneous injection, taken three times a week at home.
What is sermorelin?
A growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogue that acts on the pituitary, prompting your own growth-hormone release. We prescribe it as a compounded subcutaneous injection, taken nightly before bed.
Are these FDA-approved?
No. They are compounded medications, prepared for you by a licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy when a physician prescribes them. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
What arrives in the box?
Your compounded medication in a labelled vial, syringes and alcohol swabs, and your prescription with the physician’s dose and instructions. Medication ships cold-chain from the licensed pharmacy. Refrigerate it as soon as it arrives.
How do I know what dose to take?
Your prescription carries the physician’s dose and titration instructions. You follow them at home.
How do I give the injection?
The injection guide on this site covers supplies, hand hygiene, drawing the dose, the subcutaneous technique, site rotation, disposal and storage. Your dose is the one on your prescription.
What if something arrives warm or damaged?
If anything arrives warm or damaged, do not use it. Email [email protected] the same business day.
Labs
What is in the panel?
CBC (complete blood count), CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel), HbA1c, IGF-1, TSH with reflex. $129 one-time.
Where is blood drawn?
At a Quest Diagnostics center with the draw included, or at home by a Getlabs phlebotomist for $95 more, refunded if Getlabs cannot serve your address.
Is it required?
No. It is optional and it is not a condition of approval.
Privacy
Who sees my answers?
The physician, and the systems that hold your medical record. Your evaluation answers are protected health information. They are never sold or shared with advertisers, and the evaluation pages run no advertising pixels.
Do you use advertising pixels?
Only on a fixed list of pages that name no therapy, and never on the evaluation, the treatment pages or the pages you land on after submitting or paying. The Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy lists them.
Cancelling and refunds
Can I cancel?
Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No proration. Cancel from the billing portal link in your emails or by emailing [email protected].
Can I return medication?
No. Compounded medication is made for you and cannot be returned or restocked once the pharmacy has filled it. The Refund and Cancellation Policy has the details.
What if I am not approved?
If you are not approved, you are not charged. There is nothing to refund.
