The monthly price is not the cost of a vial. It is what it takes for a physician to decide, a licensed pharmacy to compound, and a practice to stay with you afterwards.
Not included: the optional $129 Longevity Lab Panel, which you add at the plan step. There is no evaluation charge and no other fee.
Labs are optional. If you add the $129 Longevity Lab Panel, it is charged with your first month only if a physician approves. The Quest Diagnostics draw is included.
Lab testing is not currently available to patients in New Jersey; treatment is unaffected.
