Who asks about Labs
Add it at the plan step of any evaluation: NAD+, sermorelin, or both together as the Stack. The physician orders it after approval.
- You want the physician to have your numbers
- Some people want a baseline on file before starting treatment. The panel gives the physician IGF-1, thyroid and metabolic values to read alongside your evaluation.
- You would rather not
- Then do not add it. Approval does not depend on it.
One panel, one price
Add it at the plan step of the NAD+, sermorelin or Stack evaluation.
- CBC (complete blood count)
- CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel)
- HbA1c
- IGF-1
- TSH with reflex
- Where
- A Quest Diagnostics center near you, with the draw included.
- When charged
- With your first month, only if a physician approves treatment. Nothing is charged when you submit.
- Who orders it
- The physician, through our lab partner. You receive a requisition and book the draw from your lab account.
- Who reads it
- The physician reviews the results and may adjust or stop your protocol based on them. Results are shared to your lab account.
- Required?
- No. It is optional, and it is not a condition of approval.
- Not available in
- New Jersey. Our lab partner does not register patients there. Sermorelin itself does not need labs, so treatment is still available; the panel is not.
Certain medications referenced are compounded and prescribed by a licensed physician when clinically appropriate. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

What the panel measures
The Longevity Lab Panel is five tests: a complete blood count, a comprehensive metabolic panel, HbA1c, IGF-1, and TSH with reflex. Together they give the physician a baseline picture of blood counts, kidney and liver markers, blood sugar over three months, the growth-hormone axis, and thyroid function.
The physician orders it through our lab partner after approving treatment. The draw is at a Quest Diagnostics center, with the draw fee included. Results are shared to your lab account, and the physician reviews them.
Labs are optional. If you add the $129 Longevity Lab Panel, it is charged with your first month only if a physician approves. The Quest Diagnostics draw is included.
Physician-ordered
The physician places the order and receives the results.
Physician-reviewed
The physician reviews the results and may adjust or stop your protocol based on them.
Optional
It is an optional add-on to any plan: NAD+, sermorelin or the Stack. It is the one lab set the practice offers.
Safety, said plainly
Common and usually mild
- A standard blood draw, with the brief discomfort any venipuncture involves
- Occasional minor bruising at the draw site
- Fasting may be required; your requisition will say so
What the physician does about it
- Physician-ordered and physician-reviewed, not a self-serve kit
- Processed by Quest Diagnostics, an established national laboratory
- Results delivered through your lab account, and the physician reviews them
This is general information, not a complete list of risks. The physician reviews the side effects and contraindications specific to you. Kesbury Health is not an emergency service. If you think you are having an emergency, call 911. Individual results vary; no outcome is promised.
Labs questions
Do I need labs to start?
No. Labs are optional. If you add the $129 Longevity Lab Panel, it is charged with your first month only if a physician approves. The Quest Diagnostics draw is included.
Where is the blood drawn?
At a Quest Diagnostics draw center near you, with the draw fee included in the panel price.
Who orders and reviews it?
The physician orders it after approving treatment, and the physician reviews the results.
Can I get it without a treatment plan?
Not through this site today. The panel is sold as an add-on to a treatment plan, at the plan step of the evaluation.
Can I get labs drawn in every state you serve?
Not yet. Our lab partner does not register patients in New Jersey, even though the physician is licensed there. Sermorelin does not require labs, so treatment is still available there; the panel is not. We would rather tell you here than after an evaluation.
