Two quick questions, your state, then the medical questions, one screen at a time. About 5 minutes.
If an answer rules treatment out the preliminary safety screen tells you right away. The evaluation is not completed, so it does not go to a physician; your answers are kept on file, and no card is collected.
A U.S. licensed physician reviews your evaluation and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Not everyone is approved, and you will hear back either way.
If you want to talk first You can ask the physician to speak with you before anything is approved or charged. Approval waits until that conversation has happened.

NAD+ is a coenzyme your cells use in energy metabolism; sermorelin is a growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogue that acts on the pituitary. They are two separate compounded medications, taken on their own schedules: NAD+ three times a week in the day, sermorelin nightly before bed.
The Stack is a price and a process, not a claim that the two do more together. A U.S. licensed physician decides on both medications after reading your evaluation. If the Stack is not appropriate for you, you are not charged for it.
Both are compounded by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy when prescribed. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
