Who reviews your case

Kesbury Health is owned by physicians, not by an investor group. Every evaluation is read as a clinical decision, and the physician can decline it.

  • A U.S. licensed physician reviews your evaluation and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Not everyone is approved, and you will hear back either way.
  • You can ask the physician to speak with you before anything is approved or charged. Approval waits until that conversation has happened.
  • About 30 days in, you receive a text with a short check-in questionnaire. About every 90 days, the physician re-evaluates you with a more detailed one before treatment continues.

How it works, including the parts where the answer is no

Five steps. A physician sits in the middle of them and can stop the process.

  1. 01

    Start the online evaluation

Your state first, then the medical questions, one screen at a time. About ten minutes.

If an answer rules treatment out you are told right away, nothing is submitted for review, and no card is collected.

  2. 02

    Physician review

A U.S. licensed physician reviews your evaluation and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Not everyone is approved, and you will hear back either way.

If you want to talk first You can ask the physician to speak with you before anything is approved or charged. Approval waits until that conversation has happened.

  3. 03

    Approval and charge

Nothing is due when you submit. Your card is saved and charged only if the physician approves and you have chosen to start. If you are not approved, you are not charged.

  4. 04

    ID check, then the pharmacy

A secure link to upload a photo ID; a person checks it before anything ships. Your prescription then goes to a licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy.

  5. 05

    Delivered, then followed up

Medication ships cold-chain from the licensed pharmacy. Refrigerate it as soon as it arrives. About 30 days in, you receive a text with a short check-in questionnaire. About every 90 days, the physician re-evaluates you with a more detailed one before treatment continues.

What patients ask first

Is a real physician involved?

Yes. A U.S. licensed physician reads every evaluation and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Not everyone is approved, and a declined case is told so. The practice is physician-owned and LegitScript Certified (#51875982).

What does it cost?

NAD+ is $149 for the first month, then $299 a month. Sermorelin is $149 for the first month, then $279 a month. The Longevity Stack, both together, is $249 for the first month, then $379 a month, $199 less than the two bought separately. The optional baseline lab panel is $129 one-time. The monthly price includes physician review, your prescription, the compounded medication, injection supplies and shipping. No insurance is billed.

When am I charged?

Nothing is due when you submit. Your card is saved and charged only if the physician approves and you have chosen to start. If you are not approved, you are not charged.

Do I need to visit a clinic or get labs?

No clinic. The whole process is online, and medication ships to your door. Labs are optional. If you add the $129 Sermorelin Baseline Panel, it is charged with your first month only if a physician approves. The Quest Diagnostics draw is included. At-home collection by Getlabs is $95 more, where available.

Which states do you serve?

10 states today: Alabama, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The evaluation asks your state first, before anything about your health, so if we cannot treat you we say so before you tell us anything.

Can I cancel?

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No proration. You can cancel from the billing portal link in your emails or by emailing [email protected].

Are these medications FDA-approved?

No. They are compounded medications, prepared for you by a licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy when a physician prescribes them. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
